No ‘advanced poses’ no handstands/head stands/extreme back bends - just yoga suitable for total beginners, non yogis, in fact anyone you wont struggle with anything here!

Short & sweet yoga classes guided by me in the morning, afternoon & evening.

In the morning a yin & hatha flow class to greet the morning with a short pranayama (breath work).

At lunch time a short experience of Inside Flow, the connection of movement, breath & music - singing a song with your body! Followed by a delicious yoga nidra to refresh & rejuvenate you, one of my favourite to do when im exhausted.

An evening yoga class & pranayama (breath work) to prepare for sleep.

Finish with a bedtime drink & sleepy snack!
